Help with the weekly Ballina Athletics Club cross country program without opening the full roster sheet.

Choose the week, select the task, add the volunteer’s name, and save. The roster stays linked with the club’s Google Sheet.
1. Choose WeekSelect the Sunday race week you are helping with.
2. Choose TaskPick the roster job that needs a person assigned.
3. Add VolunteerType the name, then save it straight to the roster.

How to Sign Up

  1. Choose the week — select the Sunday race week you want to help with from the Week dropdown.
  2. Choose a task — pick the volunteer role from the Task dropdown.
  3. Enter your name — type the volunteer's full name in the Name field.
  4. Save — tap Save Volunteer to record the signup. It syncs directly with the club's roster.

Points

Volunteers earn 8 points per week towards the season standings, even if they do not run. Volunteering helps the club and contributes to your yearly total.
